Catalysis helped drive this effort by creating an end-to-end email communication program connecting sales professionals with ExpertZone training, insider information, and industry expertise.

Multi-pronged approach to secure registration
Catalysis set up several different mechanisms for securely capturing interested newsletter subscriber data: a Facebook app, a Windows Phone-based app, and a web-based interface. All were securely tied to a subscriber’s Microsoft account to consolidate user preferences. This information was then seamlessly integrated with Microsoft's infrastructure to ensure up-to-date contact info.
Custom SharePoint dashboard for real-time insights
To complement this, Catalysis designed and deployed a SharePoint site with a custom dashboard. This central hub served as a portal for ExpertZone's marketing team to review and update program content in real-time. Catalysis then designed, built, localized, and executed 12 ExpertZone email newsletters in 15 languages, as well as five triggered communications and a series of ad-hoc emails.
