Founded in 1992 by Douglas Hunt, Catalysis began as a team of executive producers with a specific focus on high-tech marketing materials. We have grown to become a full service marketing company, with a broad reach—from strategic program services to technical development.

Catalysis provides a casual, diverse, informal work environment where open communication and a stylish, light-filled, ergonomic workplace are exemplified in our home; a beautifully restored turn of the century building, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. We work hard and are committed to what we do, but we also take moments to laugh. Close to the 15th Avenue neighborhood of Seattle's Capitol Hill, employees find diverse outlets for camaraderie outside of work as well. On any given day, you may find a group of runners racing back from lunch, our pick-up basketball team on their way to the local courts, and a few dogs sleeping under their owner’s desks (or begging for treats).
